It’s that time. The Summer Olympics is here once again! It’s very special because it’s only around once every 4 years. Sort of like an election but vastly more interesting than politics. 4 years of training. 4 years of blood, sweat, and tears. 4 years of building the perfect team. 4 years of breaking records just to qualify for this moment which only a few earn once in a lifetime. Whether you come in 1st or 50th, to be able to march in the stadium during the Opening Ceremony is the single most greatest honor an athlete can ever achieve.
Now alot of people (mostly westerner Americans) feel that the Olympics is boring. It’s boring because it doesn’t host the sports that I enjoy such as Football (American) or Baseball. In that regard, it may be true, but the way I see it is that those sports aren’t nearly as competitive. What exactly is the point of saying that America has the best Football (American) and Baseball athletes in the world if the rest of the world are not playing those sports. The way competition is suppose to work is you test your skill and abilities against anyone who poses a challenge. Not just those in your network or area.
Now enough of my philosophy on competition. Time to get on with the events and the teams I will be rooting for.
The Events
There are many more events in the Summer Olympics than the Winter Olympics. Many of them are interesting but some are not so. My favorites would include as follows (Not necessarily in this order):
I’ll probably get into more detail about the types of sports and the athletics who play them. These are just my favorite sports in the Summer Olympics to watch. Some other sports I’ll probably be paying more attention to this year than others is Basketball. Sure, the United States pretty much dominates in the sport of Basketball but this year I have a feeling it will be different. Also, Table Tennis always seems like high paced fun so this year I really want to check it out. All other sports usually involved the water and racing. It’s really not my cup of tea.
The Teams
Anyone who knows me knows that I am by no means a nationalist. This generally means that my loyalties don’t reside to one particular country, but rather which country fairs the best. I’ve lived all over the world and have visited many fabulous countries. How can I side with just one? These are the countries I’m going to be rooting for:
There may be bias when when it comes to my favorite teams but they are not influenced by the politics or culture of the giving area.
Technically, Hong Kong and China are two different countries but I lump them together for geologically purposes. China is definitely the favorite for me this year. They’ve earn the highest rank in the 2008 Olympic games with the most Gold Medals on their home turf. You can’t really go wrong with China. Everything about the China seems to be surpassing the West. Economic, Business, Technological and Athletic wise, China seems to be taking over the world.
Denmark is also a native country of mine and fairs surprisingly well when it comes to the Olympic Games. This relativity small country averages 2 Gold Medals every Olympic Games. Usually in the events of Rowing and Sailing, which is not surprising being that the country neighbors the North Sea. It’s too bad boating events doesn’t interest me.
Sweden’s Olympic success is about the same as Denmark’s but a bit more random when it comes to the placings of their events. They don’t necessarily dominate in one particular field like the Danes. Every time the wins are always different which means the country is very diverse when what it excels at which makes each Olympic Games more exciting than the next.
Japan and South Korea are equally matched when it comes to Gymnastics and Fighting events so it should be fun watching these two go at it.
Well I can talk about sports and teams but I’ll be here all night. Today begins the opening ceremony and tomorrow starts the festivities. I will be providing tons of updates in all of the sports which interests me.
Ask me questions about Politics, Movies, Food http://www.formspring.me/MissJonelyn
Healthy living and fitness always interests me and when you’re bodybuilding its always best to take as many updates as possible with photos. So that is what got me into modeling.
Seeing is always believing.
Just in case you haven’t realized it, today is National No Bra Day. No I have never heard of this. Seems these days people are coming up with their own national days, because according to my friend Amanda Blain today is National Sugar Cookie Day. In any case, since I am not a big fan of sweets National No Bra Day seemed to have kept my interests’ for the most part. Even I participated in the flood of No Bra Tweets on Twitter. It has mostly to do with the fact that I don’t normal wear bras (unless it’s an important situation, like business) It’s not that I don’t enjoy it, it’s just that for someone like me it’s a hassle. Finding Bras that fit, getting them custom made to fit my frame and making them comfortable enough. Although, I have no problem wearing sports bras. As the whole point of wearing sports bras when working out is to strap your boobs down, not to lift them up. Now that we have gotten that out of the way I guess we are going to the subject which prompted you to read this blog: My Breast.
My Breast are Huge. That’s really no secret to anyone who has been following me. It’s not like I can hide them and as I’ve said before, I don’t enjoy wearing bras. And to a lot of people they have been wondering if I got them done and to answer that question, yes I got them done. People are fine with the fact that they are implants. Others are just shocked (or rather confused) as to why I got them so big, and if you’re wondering why you obviously don’t know me very well. A lot of people have been asking about the details. I suppose I can explain in the best way I can:
Position: Underneath the Muscle
Shape: Round
Shell: 800cc - 1000cc
Volume: Overfilled to 1000ccs
Type: Saline
I got them as a personal choice rather but there is always someone insisting that I got them either for attention or as a personal advantage to help me out with my modeling/fitness career. I’ve always loved big boobs. I just think they make women look more feminine.
So yes, my breast are huge and I love them that way. I’m not completely sure if I’m getting a bigger upgrade or not, but I am happy with the way I look. I don’t really understand why people try to downplay and discourage others for having implants, let alone the size I have. 36 G might sound pretty big but when you think about it it’s not as big as it sounds. Especially when you look at someone like me who is only 5 feet tall.
Although even with my small frame people still comment on how they are bigger than my frame. Again, that is actually what I wanted. I don’t understand why I should be the one who is looked down upon for getting implants at my size when there are women who pretty much make it their life mission to get ridiculously large breast at the risk of their personal health and well-being. But again, if that is what they like then there shouldn’t be a problem with that. I generally tell people that if they don’t like what they see, they should move on and look at women who are more appealing. After all, they’re not the one who has to carry a huge load on their chest.
Some women might want bigger breast but just don’t want to go to the extremes of getting surgery. I say just do whatever makes you happy. In the end, it’s your body and it’s your life. You only live it once and life is too short to wake up everyday, looking at the mirror and disliking the way you look. There will always be people who look down on me because of my life choices. I may not look appealing to you, but you should never judge a book by it’s cover. And in my case, it is especially true.
