Who needs Technology? Unfortunately, we all do. The reason why I say the word ‘unfortunately’ is because people who once were able to function without it are now required to learn in order to function in the ever changing world around them. It’s unfortunate that people have to keep up to date with the newest gadgets and equipment to function in their daily lives. Whether or not this is better of worse for our society is up for interpretation.
It’s good for a production based economy like China who is constantly developing technology for the rest of the world to use. It’s bad for a consumer based economy like the United States who is losing it’s pace when it comes to technology development. As a result of this, Technology has dumbed the West down in many ways. People no longer are required to think, remember and comprehend as well as they would have been required to in the past. You might say that this is ridiculous, and if you are one of these people I have a simple challenge for you: Try and think of the telephone number of 5 of your closest friends/family. Chances are you probably couldn’t come up with a number even if your life depended upon it. After all, why would you need to have that information memorized? Your smartphone has it all memorized for you.
Don’t get me wrong. I am not a Luddite (Word of the date: Someone who hates Technology). I happen to think technology is rather handy. I love the fact that things are getting better and the fact that things are getting better means that things are getting a little easier. I like the fact that Technology is very user friendly for someone like me to use. And just because I am Asian doesn’t mean that I am technologically savvy, because I’m not. The biggest problem I have with Technology is how to fix it when something goes wrong. I just seem to have bad luck when it comes to it.
Which brings me to the problem I seemed to have with my Desktop computer. I have a Laptop and a Desktop. I use my laptop for when I travel. I use my desktop for all my home operational things. Editing photos, videos, gaming, watching movies, whatever the case may be. It’s on pretty much all the time, which is not bad for the type of computer that I have because it is a very powerful PC. I’m not going to try to bore anyone with computer specs.
Every once in a while, I may get a Security Update or whatever update that Windows is feeding my computer. Most of the time my computer installs and configures those updates without a problem. For whatever reason this didn’t happen for the last update I got. I couldn’t figure it out and my PC wouldn’t bypass the configuration. So what I decided to do was to do a system restore to a point before the update. At first it seemed to work but now I couldn’t seem to log onto my computer through my user or any user I have it on. For whatever reason, my computer was only operational on safe mode. Which was good because this gave me a chance to back up everything on my PC. First thing I backed up were the important files, then the thousands upon thousands of personal photos that I have (which would have been disastrous for all of you). Then other things, like movies and dramas I did not want to download again.
I thought it was best to do a factory reset of the entire system (clean repair) since everything I tried just wasn’t working, which ultimately didn’t work at all. The Damage was so bad that I had to re-install my version of Windows on my computer.
This is the part which essential drove me insane. It felt like all I was doing was going through hoops, just to do something as simple as re-installing Windows 7 on my Desktop. I’ll try to go through it in steps without drowning everyone else in pointless details:
By doing all of these long and tedious steps, I was able to get my computer up and running again. Keep in mind, I didn’t think of a single one of these steps. Thankfully, I have people who are very into computers who were feeding me suggestions and without them I wouldn’t would have spent money needlessly trying to get my computer running. It’s very annoying because of course no one this is my own fault and the problem was very simple. I just wish that the solutions could have been simple as well. I felt like all I was doing was jumping through hoops in order to fix the problem and went it felt like I was getting closer to solving the problem, another obstacle arises.
I often say that it’s important for everyone to think like Economist. People should know how the business cycle works, what the role of prices are why there cannot be a central plan determining prices and resources for the entire economy. I believe people should understand how Technology works. Not to the point of how to operate their devices, but how works inside and out. The Focus shouldn’t be so narrow to the point where people can’t understand what is wrong with their devices. This only makes people vulnerable to scams. Technology is nice, but sometimes it can make things too difficult, not easier.

It’s been a fun two weeks, but all good things has to come to an end. The 2012 Summer Olympic games is now over with some pretty interesting conclusions. Some predictions came true while others did not, but there are a lot of disappointments.
One of my predictions being that China will come out on top like they did in the 2008 Olympic games did not come true. Instead, they lost to their rival Superpower The United States with a Gold Medal gap of 8 and an overall Medal gap of 16 medals. Which was much higher than the Medal gap during the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.
No Surprises
Some Gold Medal wins which were not surprising at all were the wins in games like Archery, Men’s/Women’s basketball, Beach Volleyball and Wrestling. In fact, the bulk of most of their Gold Medals were in swimming alone (16 Swimming Gold Medals). China also of course remains dominate in sports like Weightlifting Gymnastics and Table Tennis. All the other sports were just up in the air for everyone else to win.
Upsets
Some upsets were Japan losing to the US in Women’s Football in the Finals. The United States Women’s Football team is probably the best team right now when it comes to Women’s Football, but Japan bested them in the 2010 World Cup. I thought it would be pretty safe to assume they would win the Gold, but I guess I was wrong.
Interesting to see Denmark not win a Gold Medal in sailing but was very happy to see them win the Gold in Cycling. They’re taking home 9 medals this year which is better than most years.
Most of my upsets I see were on the Football side of things. Mostly involving Great Britain. Losing to Canada 0 - 2 in the Women’s competition and losing to Korea in the Men’s side of things. Down to the wire, was decided by a penalty kick shootout. I never expected them to win against Korea but I were hoping the Women’s team would go far against Japan, but the Canadian team is actually better than I thought. Alot of the Teams I wanted to do well did indeed do well. Alot of the accomplishments was wasn’t in the events I was paying attention to.
Well there isn’t really much to talk about. I didn’t really provide as many updates as I though I would. This was mainly due to the time zone difference but next time it will be easier to see all of the action because the Rio is taking the reigns in the 2016 Summer Olympic Games.
There are plenty of ways to motivate your employees and it isn’t all about the money, as most would think. Yes, we would all love to get paid more, but there are other motivators that employees feel are even better than cash.

That’s a given. The real question should be, “Which country should I represent?”
Ask me questions about Fitness and Travel. http://www.formspring.me/MissJonelyn
No one really knows the answer to that one.
Considering I’m not that old, the age gap would have to be very small.
Ask me questions about Olympics, Fitness http://www.formspring.me/MissJonelyn

It’s that time. The Summer Olympics is here once again! It’s very special because it’s only around once every 4 years. Sort of like an election but vastly more interesting than politics. 4 years of training. 4 years of blood, sweat, and tears. 4 years of building the perfect team. 4 years of breaking records just to qualify for this moment which only a few earn once in a lifetime. Whether you come in 1st or 50th, to be able to march in the stadium during the Opening Ceremony is the single most greatest honor an athlete can ever achieve.
Now alot of people (mostly westerner Americans) feel that the Olympics is boring. It’s boring because it doesn’t host the sports that I enjoy such as Football (American) or Baseball. In that regard, it may be true, but the way I see it is that those sports aren’t nearly as competitive. What exactly is the point of saying that America has the best Football (American) and Baseball athletes in the world if the rest of the world are not playing those sports. The way competition is suppose to work is you test your skill and abilities against anyone who poses a challenge. Not just those in your network or area.
Now enough of my philosophy on competition. Time to get on with the events and the teams I will be rooting for.
The Events
There are many more events in the Summer Olympics than the Winter Olympics. Many of them are interesting but some are not so. My favorites would include as follows (Not necessarily in this order):
I’ll probably get into more detail about the types of sports and the athletics who play them. These are just my favorite sports in the Summer Olympics to watch. Some other sports I’ll probably be paying more attention to this year than others is Basketball. Sure, the United States pretty much dominates in the sport of Basketball but this year I have a feeling it will be different. Also, Table Tennis always seems like high paced fun so this year I really want to check it out. All other sports usually involved the water and racing. It’s really not my cup of tea.
The Teams
Anyone who knows me knows that I am by no means a nationalist. This generally means that my loyalties don’t reside to one particular country, but rather which country fairs the best. I’ve lived all over the world and have visited many fabulous countries. How can I side with just one? These are the countries I’m going to be rooting for:
There may be bias when when it comes to my favorite teams but they are not influenced by the politics or culture of the giving area.
Technically, Hong Kong and China are two different countries but I lump them together for geologically purposes. China is definitely the favorite for me this year. They’ve earn the highest rank in the 2008 Olympic games with the most Gold Medals on their home turf. You can’t really go wrong with China. Everything about the China seems to be surpassing the West. Economic, Business, Technological and Athletic wise, China seems to be taking over the world.
Denmark is also a native country of mine and fairs surprisingly well when it comes to the Olympic Games. This relativity small country averages 2 Gold Medals every Olympic Games. Usually in the events of Rowing and Sailing, which is not surprising being that the country neighbors the North Sea. It’s too bad boating events doesn’t interest me.
Sweden’s Olympic success is about the same as Denmark’s but a bit more random when it comes to the placings of their events. They don’t necessarily dominate in one particular field like the Danes. Every time the wins are always different which means the country is very diverse when what it excels at which makes each Olympic Games more exciting than the next.
Japan and South Korea are equally matched when it comes to Gymnastics and Fighting events so it should be fun watching these two go at it.
Well I can talk about sports and teams but I’ll be here all night. Today begins the opening ceremony and tomorrow starts the festivities. I will be providing tons of updates in all of the sports which interests me.

Healthy living and fitness always interests me and when you’re bodybuilding its always best to take as many updates as possible with photos. So that is what got me into modeling.
Seeing is always believing.
Just in case you haven’t realized it, today is National No Bra Day. No I have never heard of this. Seems these days people are coming up with their own national days, because according to my friend Amanda Blain today is National Sugar Cookie Day. In any case, since I am not a big fan of sweets National No Bra Day seemed to have kept my interests’ for the most part. Even I participated in the flood of No Bra Tweets on Twitter. It has mostly to do with the fact that I don’t normal wear bras (unless it’s an important situation, like business) It’s not that I don’t enjoy it, it’s just that for someone like me it’s a hassle. Finding Bras that fit, getting them custom made to fit my frame and making them comfortable enough. Although, I have no problem wearing sports bras. As the whole point of wearing sports bras when working out is to strap your boobs down, not to lift them up. Now that we have gotten that out of the way I guess we are going to the subject which prompted you to read this blog: My Breast.
My Breast are Huge. That’s really no secret to anyone who has been following me. It’s not like I can hide them and as I’ve said before, I don’t enjoy wearing bras. And to a lot of people they have been wondering if I got them done and to answer that question, yes I got them done. People are fine with the fact that they are implants. Others are just shocked (or rather confused) as to why I got them so big, and if you’re wondering why you obviously don’t know me very well. A lot of people have been asking about the details. I suppose I can explain in the best way I can:
Position: Underneath the Muscle
Shape: Round
Shell: 800cc - 1000cc
Volume: Overfilled to 1000ccs
Type: Saline
I got them as a personal choice rather but there is always someone insisting that I got them either for attention or as a personal advantage to help me out with my modeling/fitness career. I’ve always loved big boobs. I just think they make women look more feminine.
So yes, my breast are huge and I love them that way. I’m not completely sure if I’m getting a bigger upgrade or not, but I am happy with the way I look. I don’t really understand why people try to downplay and discourage others for having implants, let alone the size I have. 36 G might sound pretty big but when you think about it it’s not as big as it sounds. Especially when you look at someone like me who is only 5 feet tall.
Although even with my small frame people still comment on how they are bigger than my frame. Again, that is actually what I wanted. I don’t understand why I should be the one who is looked down upon for getting implants at my size when there are women who pretty much make it their life mission to get ridiculously large breast at the risk of their personal health and well-being. But again, if that is what they like then there shouldn’t be a problem with that. I generally tell people that if they don’t like what they see, they should move on and look at women who are more appealing. After all, they’re not the one who has to carry a huge load on their chest.
Some women might want bigger breast but just don’t want to go to the extremes of getting surgery. I say just do whatever makes you happy. In the end, it’s your body and it’s your life. You only live it once and life is too short to wake up everyday, looking at the mirror and disliking the way you look. There will always be people who look down on me because of my life choices. I may not look appealing to you, but you should never judge a book by it’s cover. And in my case, it is especially true.

I know times are hard. People are still struggling. Economy doesn’t show any signs of actually improving. Some people actually try to make the most of their situation. Finding a job, two jobs, part-time, temporary work. Then there are those who turn and rely on the Government. Collection unemployment, welfare work programs, etc. Then there are those who choose to make a living off scamming others.
Although, scammers have been around for a long time, it’s generally not right to take advantage of unsuspecting people. Not that I was the one who was taking in by these frauds, sometimes there are people who genuinely and truly need or want their services and can’t help but to be taken in by these scammers. Although, most of the time scams then to target a specific demographic of people but this particular scam can target mostly everyone. As long as you have a PC, you’ll pretty much be a target.
Who Are These Scammers?
Comantra is an Indian firm which specializes in remote computer support. Naturally, on the surface is a perfectly legit business. The problem is that they’ve been scamming people for years. They’ve even had their Gold Partnership Status Revoked by Microsoft last year. Even after being dropped by a prominent company they still continue to scam people from all over the world.
How Are These Scams Done?
How this general scam works is based on a process of random selection called ‘Cold Calling.’ Generally some up and coming small business owners will use this method of generating leads for potential clients, consumers and business partners but generally frauds use this tactic as well. These scammers will call people at random with very important information about your PC and how it has been compromised. The operator explains that the PC is infected with malicious files. Taken in by the scam you accept their assistance.
They will also ask you to install a piece of software which makes the diagnosis process easier, but what they are really trying to do is gain access to your computer to do god knows what. By using a perfectly legit product called Ammyy Admin they will be able to gain access to your computer remotely. As far I know Ammyy is not apart of this scam. They will instruct you to do a few things, explain a bunch of tech mumbo jumbo which doesn’t really means what they says it means. And finally send you to one of their faux websites well you will be able to download some software to rid your machine of these malicious files, but for a fee of course.
Here is a video about how someone decided to fool these people and exposed them on the internet.
My Thoughts: Generally the goal is to fool people who aren’t tech-savvy into buying a service/product that they don’t need. Admittedly, I’m not tech-savvy at all and I use a computer all the time. These people come off as very professional and in the end it is all a ruse. To add to their arrogance, they even tried to scam me into buying their most expensive program. Normally I wouldn’t even bother with a blog about this but this is a serious matter to me and these people have tried to scam me at least twice. The first time I hung up the phone on these people. The second I confronted them about this issue and they never called me again.
In short, beware of these people and all scammers in general. Do your research before making any sort of decisions involving the money that you’ve worked hard for. Ask them difficult questions and don’t stop until you get an appropriate answer. Just don’t settle for the answers that you want to hear. People like these rely on the ignorance of the masses to get what they want.

It’s been a while since I have actually posted something newsworthy on Tumblr. There are tons of articles about people (women in particular) being fired from their positions or jobs for having a certain level of attractiveness, but I have actually found this article to be interesting for one particular reason: It’s a Lingerie Company.
I’ve been to clothing stores. I’ve been to stores which specializes in Lingerie like Victoria’s Secret and it doesn’t seem anyone in authority has a problem with the way any of the associates dress or look. This may or may sound like a case of jealously but it does seem strange. After all, I don’t see how anyone can be dressed to racy for an industry which specializes in Lingerie. Not to say that there shouldn’t be a bit of professionalism in an associates work attire. A bit of a conservative look can help squash any form of sexual harassment problems. Which is good because I’ve seen a ton of careers ruined from the mere mention of a sexual harassment complaint.
Reading more into the situation, it appears that Ms. Odes was working Temporary at the office. It also looks like she is suing her employers. This doesn't necessarily make the situation any better because Temps aren’t vetted before they are placed at any particular assignment. She was not able to be interviewed by any supervisors so if there were any particular problems with a certain body part or way she wore her dress then most likely Lauren wouldn’t have been hired in the first place. Despite numerous attempts to change her appearance, she was still told that she was dressed too racy, was humiliation by her fellow associates and claims she was fired by not conforming to ‘Jewish beliefs,’ despite being Jewish herself.
My Thoughts: Here is the deal. The woman was a Temp. In the end, it generally didn’t work out. If she was let go for whatever reason, then that is that. I’m not saying that it is right that she had to go through this, but this is the general problem when it comes to the workforce. The riskiest thing you can actually do as an employer is hire someone. There is so many hoops people have to go through. So much legality involved. It’s so easy for an employee to sue his/her employer over something so trivial. Breast being too big, being too overweight, not being the right skin color, etc. This generally leads to employers not wanting to deal with this all together. Instead of choosing to hire a person, they may choose to replace a person with automation. Or maybe they choose to covertly discriminate against a particular person. Employers eventually stop seeking help and this doesn’t help the economy in any way. It never comes across people that maybe their work was an issue. It always has to be some other reason why they were fired.
The bottom line, if employees can sue employers for any reason then employers should be able to fire employees for any reason. You may feel that you have a 'right’ to work where ever you please, but it is also in the best interests of the employer to have the 'right’ to have suitable people working under them. Going by the dress code of a business has very little to do with religious conformity. There is just a time and a place for everything.
